Lifocolor at Fakuma 2026: Masterbatch solutions for material changeovers, recyclability and regulatory compliance
At the 30th Fakuma in Friedrichshafen, Lifocolor will be presenting a masterbatch portfolio at stand A4-4206 that addresses key challenges in plastics processing: material changeovers, sortability in the recycling cycle and regulatory requirements. The focus is on Velvet PET, an additive masterbatch that gives PET bottles a velvety-matt feel similar to HDPE, thereby opening up new possibilities for branded applications.
In addition, Lifocolor will be showcasing, amongst other things, laser-markable and NIR-detectable black masterbatches, further solutions for the PPWR, and newly structured offerings for food contact compliance. The portfolio is complemented by decorative effect masterbatches and technical solutions for demanding applications in packaging, consumer goods, healthcare and industry.
