Lifocolor expands its range of samples with high-quality flat films

Especially when it comes to flat films, sampling is important in order to be able to precisely test the characteristics and colour fastness of the desired end product in advance. The new flat film line at the Lichtenfels site impresses with its high flexibility in layer structure and material selection as well as its high optical quality. For sampling, a layer build-up of up to three layers (ABA) is possible. The layer thickness can be set flexibly depending on the project. Currently, films made of PET, PETG, PP and PA can be sampled. Other materials are currently being tested - including biopolymers. "With our new sampling service, we are addressing customers from a wide range of sectors and industries. To name just a few examples, we have already successfully implemented samples for the furniture industry as well as for manufacturers of sports and leisure equipment or office articles," says Marco Meixner, Head of Research and Development at Lifocolor Farben. "In addition, the facility will enable us to push ahead with further projects in cooperation with our customers in the film segment in the future."
