Whenever you need high additions of colourants, additives and/or fillers, compounds are the best choice. The advantages: they can be processed immediately, allowing for immediate colouring. There is no need for dosing or to mix masterbatch into the polymer.

The processor does not have to perform the colouring process over the dosing of a masterbatch. In comparison, compounding always includes an additional thermal and mechanical polymer treatment, the effect of which has to be individually checked and clarified for each application.

We Differentiate Between Two Types of Compounding:

• Toll Compounding: You provide us with the polymer and masterbatch and we finish your compound.
• Compounding: You provide us with your polymer and we process your masterbatch in your compound.
